the most yummy delicious chocolate cake ever!

last weekend, my sister baked a simply yummy delicious chocolate cake yang sgt super moist. no, i'm not exaggerating ok, it tasted exactly like how i described. at 1st, when she told us she wanted to bake the cake, i was like "hmmm..sure biasa je cake ni.." and even my mom pon macam underestimate my sister. but we were totally wrong! it turned out so well. the recipe is very simple, the method is simple so i am going to try it out in my new kitchen. heh! it's definitely the best choc cake i've ever tasted so far.

so, we had an advance 9months bday celebration for our princess. lucky betul this budak kecik, every month it is a must to celebrate her.

she smiled when all of us sang the bday song and semakin pandai pegang pisau potong cake itu. i think she's preparing herself for 1yr bday celebration kot. heh!

what's your plan?

i love school holidays! its the time where all my favourite sisters will be at home and we can start planning on which movies to watch. heh! that's our activity wajib actually. but this coming school holidays would be much more fun as i'll be moving to my new house and all my sisters will be there and will stay there for few days. not only them but also my grandparents. i hope everything will be materialized.

to me, the quality time i spend with my family is so precious. i just love staying at home with them and do our normal activities such as cooking, watching tv and of course non stop chit chatting. i would never replace that for something else.

i would say our main activity this coming school holidays is doing all my favourite things -cleaning up my house, arrange all the stuff and prepare for our small kenduri masuk rumah. hope i can still spend sometime with my darling sisters, at least watching shrek.

tapi if tak dapat, kak ngah qada' ke next school holidays ye. :)

tears in my eyes...

this morning was the 1st time i teman my dad for his check-up. most of the time its either my mom or my youngest sister who would brought him to the hospital but since neither of them was available, so i have to take up the responsibility. i have to start learning all these before my sister got married or else i won't know what to ask and what to look.

"it's getting worse en sidek and this is really bad"
"i think this is the best and last option that we have"
"you might have 3-5months to the max before we start the process"
"remember, take care of your father ya."

i cried when the doctor said those things to me and my dad but thanks to my glasses that managed to cover it up. i almost fainted when looking at the results of his blood test, urine test and all the tests. it was nightmare.

i have no mood to work or to do anything currently sebab dalam kepala i macam radio rosak, i ingat every word yg the doctors cakap and it worries me. really!

all i can do now is berdoa and hope there'll be a miracle. InsyaAllah.

when i'm craving for a delicious soto....

i would come to this place.

if my mom loves their roti canai and my sister loves their kuih muih, i pulak sangat sukakan their soto! taklah superb because my mom's is still the best tapi if teringin sangat, i akan ke sini. probably because i'm deeply in love with soto, so bila jumpa yang sedap pada tekak i, maka i jadi terlalu happy.

one of the reasons why i love shah alam. senang sangat nak carik food yang lazat2 kat sini. probably because my BIL is anak jati shah alam, so he knew very well where we can get the best dish. just name it, what do want, he would tell us where to have it.

so darlings, if any of u are craving for a bowl of soto i would recommend this place. if u know any other place in shah alam, let me know ok sebab i would definitely pergi mencuba. :)

i love this budak kecik so so much! ok, it's a known fact. :)
this budak kecik buat my life tidak keruan if tak dapat cium dia satu hari.

next week this budak kecik turns 9months old, i can't wait tgk dia membesar dgn comelnya.

life without plastic bag...can i?

honestly i just don't care about recycle and reuse. but this morning when my sister ajak pergi giant beli some groceries stuff and saw her brought along the "eco-friendly bag" i ternganga sekejap sebab i know dia pon macam i. heh! suddenly she has changed? after she told me that saturday is actually plastic bag-free day (ada ke such word?) in selangor i was "ohhhhh" and i know immediately i need to get one for my own use juga.

i like hers because its super spacious, sturdy and super super cheap (very important eh?). bila i yang bawak masa jalan2 tadi i rasa macam cool juga bila jalan2 bawak this eco-friendly bag. see, i am easily influenced by my darling sister. so, since she has one, i must have one too.

why i didn't support the "love earth" campaign? the reason is i need those plastic bags from any hypermarket because in the end i'll reuse those as my plastic buang sampah. i always wonder people yang tak pakai plastik tu, bila buang sampah macammana ye, at least your leftovers tu where did u throw them?

but now, i think i want to change and it's about time, if i can't change 100% at least sikit2 pon boleh kan?:)

it's a long weekend eh? yeay! everybody loves it, of course!

as for me and my family, nothing new as we have the same weekend routine for the past months which is pergi shah alam and settle as many things as possible for my new crib.

it's tiring but it's fun tho seeing the progress. Alhamdulillah, it's almost ready and i'm counting the days to move in. am i excited? yup yup especially, i can't wait to practice my cooking skills. adek, sila bersedia jadik my tester. :)

yesterday i changed my profession - became the cleaning lady. i have to admit i am getting old. i memang dah tak mampu nak basuh the entire rumah because i cepat rasa penat or is it because of my mom's unorganized way of cleaning it. hmmm..probably!

kemas rumah is my passion but i can't perform excellently if there are too many people in the house or someone else is doing it with me. i have my own rules on how to clean it so if tiba2 orang lain dah buat tak ikut my specifications i jadi macam dah tak minat nak buat and end up penat saja tapi results nya nada. hihih!! so, i hate kemas rumah in a group. i suka kemas alone and it's better if i'm alone kat rumah tu, so i can make sure my house mmg tiptop kebersihannya!

my youngest sister knew me so well, so bila my mom ajak me kemas rumah semalam, she knew instantly i akan bersihkan balik rumah tu bila semua orang tak ada. since i was not in the mood kemas with my mom semalam, luckily there was this guy yang offered tolong my mom kemas and in the end he cleaned the entire house. just the basic and i have to do the detailed cleaning.
